Prices are excluded tax. Tax will be charged according to Japanese laws and regulations. 8% tax will be charged for raw materials and a 10% tax will be charged for processed and prepared food.

Timing and Methods of Payment

The online service will be operated for 24 hours. There are 3 types of payment methods. They are as follows ;
1. Cash on Delivery
2. Credit/ Debit Card Payment.
3. Bank Transfer: Transfer the Amount from Your Account to Our Company Account. Company account number.

All the orders below ¥15000 (Exclude Tax) should be transferred the amount to our Company Bank Account. Please make sure to select the Payment method as THE BANK TRANSFER.

How do Payment Options Work ?

For less than ¥4,999 (Exclude Tax / ටැක්ස් රහිත ) shopping only credit/debit card payment option is available.
✅  From ¥5,000 to ¥11,999 (Exclude Tax / ටැක්ස් රහිත ) shopping both the credit/debit card payment and bank transfer is available.
✅  For more than ¥12,000 (Exclude Tax / ටැක්ස් රහිත ) shopping all the 3 options (credit/debit card payment, bank transfer and cash on delivery) are available.

Product Delivery Time

We use the japan post service to deliver customers’ packages with secure throughout the country.

Cancellation or Withdrawal an Order

✅  Without informing the cancellation of the order prior to hand over the package to the transport service (japan post ), cash will not be refunded.
✅  If the customer is willing to cancel the order, Make sure to call us & inform the order number in order to cancel the order. Our staff will proceed with the cancellation.
✅  The Customer who needs to cancel the order after the payment is done (Before handover to Transport service) through bank transfer will be reduced ¥200 as a bank transfer charge when refunding the money.

Nature Of the Company

Niro International is a company which has only one shareholder. All the decisions, advertisements and selling are done by the company itself, not by any third parties.

Order Expiration Date / Deadline

✅  If the customer is not responding to the contact number given, the order will be canceled by the company.

✅  If the payment (bank transfer) is not received within 3 days of the order has been done, the order will be automatically canceled.
✅  If the customer is impossible to stay during the delivery time, a notice will be put into the letterbox and the customer is able to call back and get the order.
✅  Within 6 days of the delivery date, if the customer is not responding to the notice, the package will be returned to Niro International.

Extra Money to be paid other than the selling price and the shipping charges.

✅  For cash on delivery service, extra ¥330 will be charged as a bank transfer fee.
✅  5%of your shopping amount will be added as a Service Charge for Credit Card or Debit Card payment

Liability of the Seller

Niro International imports the best products available in the Sri Lankan market and deals directly with the company of manufacture. According to the rules and regulations of Japanese law, the procedure of the import will be done with a proper inspection of the products by the Health Department and the Custom of Japan.

✅  If a product is destroyed or damaged during the delivery, the transport service will pay the damage. To confirm the damage during the delivery, the customer has to open the package in front of the delivery person and let him inform about the damage.
✅  Niro International can estimate a date for delivery of goods, but customers shall understand that it is an estimate. Niro International shall not be liable for any loss caused to the customer as a result of failure to deliver by the estimated delivery date or such other date or time as may be subsequently agreed.
Customers must inform Niro International if there are any specific instructions with regards to delivery, for example, if the delivery address may be difficult for the driver to find. Niro International shall not be liable for any loss caused to the customer as a result of failure to provide such instructions.

The operating Environment of the Software.

Niro International is currently dealing only with credit/debit card transactions as a software transaction for online orders. The customer him/her self has to enter their card information of their own and proceed with the order.
For walk-in customers, a card reader machine is used. The customer has to insert the card to the reader and feed the amount by him/herself and put the signature (to confirm the ownership of the card) to complete the payment.
